This Shipping Policy explains how TRADIFY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (“Tradify”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles the preparation and delivery of goods to business customers.
1.1. Orders are primarily shipped from our facilities and partners located in Poland.
1.2. In some cases, goods may be shipped directly from partner warehouses, depending on product and brand.
2.1. We ship to the United States, European countries and other international destinations, subject to carrier coverage and our internal risk policies.
2.2. We do not ship to CIS countries and may decline shipments to territories subject to sanctions, embargoes or high-risk classifications.
2.3. Shipping options may vary by destination and order profile.
3.1. We primarily use FedEx and other reputable international carriers for express and economy shipments.
3.2. The selected service depends on order size, weight, destination and agreed service level.
4.1. We operate mainly on a pre-order basis. Handling and sourcing time typically ranges from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the brand, product availability and order volume.
4.2. Once the order is fully prepared and paid, it is handed over to the carrier for delivery.
4.3. Any indicative handling times are estimates and may vary.
5.1. Standard transit time for many destinations is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
5.2. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, seasonal peaks and carrier operations.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other factors beyond our control.
6.1. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
6.2. After that moment, the Buyer bears all risks associated with the shipment.
6.3. In case of visible damage or loss, the Buyer should file a claim with the carrier and inform us promptly with supporting documentation.
7.1. We can deliver to:
the Buyer’s warehouse or business address,
third-party logistics providers (3PL),
Amazon FBA and other fulfillment centers,
other locations agreed in advance.
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including any specific labeling or booking requirements for fulfillment centers.
7.3. We are not liable for delays, additional charges or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
8.1. Where available, a tracking number is provided in the Buyer’s account or by e-mail after dispatch.
8.2. The Buyer can monitor shipment progress directly via the carrier’s tracking systems.
9.1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees and other charges in the destination country.
9.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations, product compliance rules and labeling requirements in the destination country.
10.1. Depending on availability and agreement, an order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
10.2. Each shipment may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different dates.
11.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, service level and specific handling requirements.
11.2. Exact shipping charges are communicated in quotations, invoices or order confirmations before dispatch.
