Ordering & pricing
Who can order from Tradify?
We work exclusively with registered businesses (legal entities) under B2B terms: online shops, resellers, marketplace sellers and distributors.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order value is €500 excl. VAT. The cart will show how much is left to reach the minimum.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices on the website are list prices. Registered businesses receive a personal price list for each brand by email. For volume orders, contact us for a quote.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
We operate mainly on a pre-order basis. Sourcing and handling usually take from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the brand, availability and order volume.
Payment & documents
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. All transaction fees are covered by the buyer.
What are the payment terms?
100% prepayment. We issue a proforma invoice when the order is confirmed and a final invoice after payment.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euro (€), US Dollar ($) and Polish Zloty (zł).
Which documents do I receive?
A VAT invoice and the export documents needed for customs clearance in your country: packing list, certificate of origin and others on request.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
We ship from Poland to the United States, European countries and other international destinations, mainly with FedEx. We do not ship to CIS countries. Delivery to your warehouse, 3PL or Amazon FBA is possible. See our Shipping Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch for many destinations. Customs and peak seasons may add time. You receive a tracking number after dispatch.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, duties, taxes and import fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
Can I return goods?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in case of a proven defect or non-conformity (wrong item, wrong quantity, manufacturing defect). See our Return and Refund Policy.
Account & cooperation
How do I get access to wholesale prices?
Register a business account with your company details and VAT number. After verification we send you personal price lists.
I am a brand or distributor. Can I sell through Tradify?
Yes. Fill in the application form on the For Suppliers page and our team will contact you.
