1. Overview At Tradify, we prioritize the security of your transactions. Our website (https://tradi-fy.com) uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data during checkout.

2. Pricing We offer products to both business entities (B2B) and individual purchasers. Prices are displayed both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. For business customers, VAT is verified and adjusted at checkout based on a valid VAT ID. For individual purchasers, the final price includes the applicable VAT.

3. Accepted Payment Methods We offer various ways to pay for your orders:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay (processed via Shopify Payments).

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Online Payment Platforms: PayPal, Bancontact, and Przelewy24.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna.

  • Manual Payments: Bank Deposit (instructions will be provided at checkout).

4. Currencies and Regions We support multiple regions and currencies to serve our international customers. While our primary currency is Euro (€), we also support local currencies for specific regions, including:

5. Payment Capture and Authorization Please note that we use a manual capture method. When you place an order, the total amount is authorized (placed on hold) by your financial institution. We will manually capture (charge) the funds once your order is reviewed and ready for processing. If an order is cancelled before capture, the hold on your funds will be released according to your bank’s policy.

6. Security & PCI Compliance Tradify does not store or have access to your full credit card information. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Taxes and Shipping Final costs, including applicable VAT and shipping fees, are calculated at the final checkout stage. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information on delivery rates.

8. Refunds Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. For Bank Deposits, we will contact you to arrange a manual transfer. Processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
